1. Custom Printed Products

All products are printed based on customer-provided designs and specifications.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect design submitted by the customer
  • Spelling, grammar, or design errors approved before printing

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will gladly assist you.

You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

After verification, we will:

  • Reprint the product free of charge, or
  • Offer a partial/full refund (depending on the case)

3. Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes:

  • Slight color variations may occur
  • This is not considered a defect

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before printing has started
  • Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible
